Kyle Chester ’07 Interns at NASA
Kyle Chester, a ’07 geography graduate, is working as an intern at NASA’s Ames Research Center in Mountainview, California. He is working with satellite remote sensing for earth science research projects. Kyle is also working on a Master’s in GIS at the University of Minnesota.
Ann Fletchall ’00 Wins Paper Award
Ann Fletchall ’00 won the Association of Pacific Coast Geographers Student President’s Award for Outstanding Paper by a Ph.D. Student. Ann is a Ph.D. student at Arizona State University and her winning paper was given in 2007 at the APCG meeting. Her paper was a study of the Arizona Renaissance Festival and was entitled, “The […]
