We are excited that University of Alaska scientist Dr. Katey Walter Anthony will present her research on methane emissions from Arctic lakes at Gustavus on September 24. Dr. Walter Anthony is an intrepid field researcher who loves working in the Siberian and Alaskan wilderness. Her work has been featured in Scientific American, Nature, Science, National Geographic, and the Tipping Point T.V. series, among others.
