Geography Students Attend GIS Meeting

Bob Douglas and GEG-342 students attended the MN GIS/LIS meeting at the Rochester Civic Center on October 2nd.  The students went to hear presentations on GIS analysis of crime in preparation for their class projects.  In attendance were a number of former geography students doing a variety of GIS activities including Joel Koepp (environmental consultant), Kyle Chester (MGIS student at U of Minnesota), Kitty Hurley (MNDOT + MGIS student at St. Mary’s University) , Jesse Pearson, Chris Pouliot (MN DNR).
